RE: MEMORIAL DAY PROGRAM AT CITY HALL
This year, Councilman Imperial plans on developing a Memorial Day
Program at the Vietnam War Memorial at City Hall on Saturday, May 30,
1998.
It has been proposed to have a canopy installed (40 ' X 40 ' ) for the
participants, dignitaries and public. The canopy will cost $ 900. 00.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Rosemead City Council approve the use of
the canopy and the expenditure of $ 900. 00 from the Community Wide
Events Budget, Account No. 4200-6310-01.
