The regular meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Imperial at 8:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 8838 E. Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California.

Robert Angles, 9147 Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, expressed his concern about travelling
to the east coast during December due to the inclement weather at that time of year.

VASQUEZ that the Council authorize the attendance of any Councilmember, City Attorney, the
City Manager and staff designee. Vote resulted:

1. MAYOR PRO TEM BRUESCH
Requested a status report from CalTrans on the left turn phasing at Valley and Rosemead
Boulevard.
Requested an update on obtaining the CalTrans property at Hellman and 10 freeway.
Councilmember Taylor requested the tentative concepts for that property.
2. MAYOR IMPERIAL
Requested an update on Howard's Appliance move to the City.
