CITY COUNCIL
Piinutes of January 10, 1966
An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Rosemead was held in the Council Chambers,
8315 East Valley Boulevard. The meeting was called
to order by `Mayor Paude at 7:02 o'clock p.m.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Administrative
Assistant Meyer.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmen: Andersen, Jackman, Lowrey,
Maude, Stead:
Absent: Councilmen: None.
Ex officio: Armstrong, Brown, Farrell, ivleyer.
CANVASS OF ELECTION. ANNEXATION NO. 25A.
The election return envelopes were opened by Councilman
Stead and Councilman Lowrey who read aloud the results
shown on the tally sheets of each precinct and City
Clerk Armstrong checked these figures against the
results of votes cast sheets. Canvass was as follows:
Precinct 1 - Correct
Precinct 2 - Correct
Precinct 3 - Correct

Absent Voter Ballots - Correct.
CITY CLERK'S STATEMENT OF ELECTION RESULTS.
That, in accordance with the provisions of Section 22933
of the Elections Code of the State of California, the
results of said election are hereby declared to be as
follows:
a. The whole number of votes cast in said election
was 790.
b. The measure voted upon at said election was:
