Among the many topics to be discussed at the conference will be Land Use Law, Main Street Revitalization, Infill Development, Grant Writing, and other related topics. Because the 1997 conference will be held in San Diego, Staff has the opportunity to attend an invaluable conference close to home. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Rosemead City Council authorize the attendance of the Director of Planning.
