A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
ALLOWING CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF $38,371.62
DEMANDS NUMBERS 683 THROUGH 763.
City Administrator Farrell presented this resolution in
full.
It was moved by Councilman Andersen, second by Council-
man Stead, that Resolution No. 65-79 be adopted.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
ESTABLISHING POLLING PLACES AND DESIGNATING ELECTION OFFICERS
FOR THE VOTING PRECINCTS FOR THE SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD
ON NOVEMBER 16, 1965.
City Clerk Armstrong presented this resolution by title on'y.

Stead, that further reading be waived.

7. COMMUNIGATIOid: SOUTH SAN GABRIEL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
City Administrator Farrell presented this communication
offering title to the South San Gabriel Chamber of
Commerce building to the City for use as a community
facility. Mr. Farrell also presented a communication
from the South San Gabriel Woman's Club to the South
San Gabriel Chamber of Commerce approving this action.
Following discussion, Mayor Maude directed this matter
referred to the City Attorney for his advice and
recommendation. iMatter to be on the next agenda.
• i;. MATTERS FROM CITY OFFICIALS.
Mayor Maude advised the Council that he had a copy of
an ordinance recently adopted by the City of Temple
City requiring taverns located within 200 feet of a
residential zone to obtain a Conditional Use Permit.
Copies to be supplied to the Council and this matter
to be referred to the Planning Commission for study
and recommendation.
It was moved by Councilman Andersen, second by Council-
man Stead, and unanimously carried, that, the meeting
adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:32 o'clock p.m.
