CC - 02-15-65-CITY OF ROSEMEAD ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA CITY COUNCIL i\,iinutes of February 15, 1965 A special meeting of the City Council of the City of Rosemead was held in the Council Chambers, 8815 East Valley Boulevard. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Andersen at 7:34 o'clock a.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Andersen. The invocation was delivered by Councilman Stead. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmen: Andersen, Lowrey, Maude, Stead. Absent: Councilmen: Jackman. Ex Officio: /Armstrong. Mayor Andersen advised the Council that this meeting was called to change the date of election in Annexation No. 27 due to a Los Angeles City School election conflict in the area. RESOLUTION NO. 65-i3. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION TO BEHELD ON THE 13TH DAY OF APRIL, 1965, PERTAINING TO THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "ANNEXATION INO. 27" TO THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD. Mayor Andersen presented this resolution by title only. It was moved by Councilman Lowrey, second by Council- man Maude, that further reading be waived and Reso- lution No. 65-13 be adopted. 0 Roll call vote as follows: AYES: Councilmen: Andersen, Lowrey, Maude, Stead. NOES: Councilmen: None. ABSENT: Councilmen: Jackman. It was moved by Councilman Lowrey, second by Council- man Maude and unanimously carried, that the meeting adjourn.
