A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD MAKING AN
APOINTMENT TO THE UNEXPIRED COUNCIL TERM OF
ROBERT W.BRUESCH
WHEREAS, Robert W. Bruesch resigned his Rosemead City Council seat for the
purposes of retirement, effective March 31, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Government Code §36512 requires that the City Council fill the
vacancy by an appointment or call a special election within thirty (30) days of the
vacancy.
NOW THEREFORE, the Rosemead City Council hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1. William F. Alarcon is hereby appointed to the Rosemead City Council
for the term of office expiring March 2005.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED ON APRIL 8, 2003.
