Violation of this rule shall result in such persons being barred from further audience before the governing body. Pursuant to Gov. Code
Sect 54954.3(c), any person who engages in unlawful interference shall be removed from chambers.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING
CERTAIN CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE SUM OF
$600,115.77 NUMBERED 105087 THROUGH
NUMBER 105165 INCLUSIVELY
Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2019-70.
B. ROPS Submittal — July 2020 Through June 2021
The Department of Finance (DOE) requires the Recognized Obligation Payment
Schedule (ROPS) for the period July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 be submitted
to the DOE by February 1, 2020. Prior to that, the ROPS must be reviewed and
approved by the Los Angeles County Consolidated Oversight Board. The deadline
to submit the ROPS to the Oversight Board is December 23, 2019.
Recommendation: That the Rosemead Successor Agency Board take the following
actions:
1. Approve Resolution 2019-14 SA, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO
THE ROSEMEAD COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION APPROVING THE RECOGNIZED
OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULES FOR THE
PERIOD OF JULY 1, 2020 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2021

2. And, direct staff to submit the ROPS to the Los Angeles County Consolidated
Oversight Board.
5. MATTERS FROM CITY MANAGER & STAFF
A. March 3, 2020, General Municipal Election
The nomination period for the March 3, 2020, General Municipal Election was held
from Monday, November 12, 2019, through Friday, December 6, 2019. At the close
of the nomination period, the following individuals were nominated: Sean Dang
and Polly Low. There being no more candidates than offices being nominated, the
City Council must take action by adopting a resolution to cancel the March 3, 2020,
General Municipal Election and appoint the nominated individuals to a new four-
year term as City Council Members.
Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2019-71, cancelling
the March 3, 2020, election and appointing Sean Dang and Polly Low each to four-
year terms of office as City Councilmembers.
