The meeting was called to order by Mayor Maude at 7:42 o'clock p.m. 1. CALL TO ORDER The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Planning Commissioner Paul Taylor. Administrative Assistant Wroe advised the Council that City Administrator Farrell had just called from Sacramento to report that the park bill was out of committee. and would go before t-:-- Senate with 90% chance of adoption. BUDGET STUDY. Administrative Assistant Wroe presented the statements of fund balances, estimated revenues and expenditure appropriations pages of the budget. Mayor Maude advised the Council that after a page had been con- sidered,.if there were no objections, it would be considered approved.
