An adjourned regular meeting of the City Council of.the City of
Rosemead was held in the City Hall; 3964 North Rosemead Boulevard.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stead at 7:38 p.m.
1. The pledge of allegiance was lead by Mayor Stead.
2. Present: Councilmen Buchanan, Cook, Horning, Lowrey, Stead.
Absent: None.
Ex officio: Woollett, Stump, Armstrong.
3.. The reading of the minutes was waived.
4: RESOLUTION NO. 84. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY dWNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROSEMEAD AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT.
It was moved by Lowrey, second by Cook, and unanimously carried
that Resolution No. 84 be read by title only.

Horning, Lowrey, Stead. Noes: None. Absent: None.
5: AGREEMENT. AGREEMENT ENTERED INTO. IN THE CITY ,OF,RCSEMEAD,
CALIFORNIA, ON THIS 14TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1959;.Bt1gAW THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, HEREIN SOMETIMES CALLED "CITY" AND HERMAN H. RAPPAPORT,
HEREIN SOMETIMES CALLED "RAPPAPORT."
It was moved by Lowrey, second by Horning, and unanimously carried
that the Agreement be read by title only.
It was moved by Cook, second by Lowrey that,said Agreement be
approved. Roll call vote as follows: Ayes: :Buchanan, Cook,
Horning, Lowrey, Stead. Noes: None. Absent: None.
It was moved by Cook, second, by Lowrey, and unanimously carried
that the meeting adjourn to December 15, 1959 at 8:00 p:m.:at.
