MINUTES OF THE
CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 10, 2020
The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Armenta at
6:07 p.m., in the Rosemead City Council Chamber, located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California.
PRESENT: Mayor Armenta, Mayor Pro Tem Low, Council Members Dang and Ly (Council
Member Ly arrived at 6:08 p.m.)
ABSENT: Clark
1. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—INITIATION OF LITIGATION
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4)
City Attorney Richman stated any reportable action taken in Closed Session
would be reported at the 7:00 p.m. regular City Council meeting.
Mayor Armenta recessed the special meeting to Closed Session at 6:09 p.m.
2. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Armenta adjourned the special meeting at 6:15 p.m. The next regular scheduled
meeting will take place on November 10, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Rosemead City Hall
Council Chamber.
