Since we are beginning negotiations with our employee bargaining unit, it is important that the City attend this conference. Sessions include: Introduction to Public Sector Negotiations, Mediation, Dispute Resolution, Avoiding the Pitfalls of Collaborative Bargaining, and a Legal Update. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Rosemead City Council authorize the attendance of any Councilmember, the City Attorney, the City Manager and staff designee.
