RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ROSEMEAD RELATING TO PRISONER HOSPITAL
CARE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Rosemead has not heretofore
made proves ions for hospital care for such prisoners as may
be In County Jail, committed for violation of a City of
Rosemead municipal code. Such hospital care as may be neces-
sary can most efficiently be afforded by the County of Los
Angeles under service contract with the City of Rosemead.
Section 2: The proposed agreement with the County
of Los Angeles is approved and the Mayor is authorized to
execute such agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this Ist day of November,
1961.
