RESOLUTION NO. 70-85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ROSEMEAD PLACING RESTRICTED
PARKING ON ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That red curb markings be placed
on the west side of Rosemead Boulevard extending
southerly for a distance of 249 feet south of the
west service road of Rosemead Boulevard, excluding
the two driveways.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk be instructed
to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
State Division of Highways.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of
September, 1970.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMEAD, CALIFORNIA, CONFIP.MING'THE STREET
SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORT AND ASSESSMENTS THEREIN
(MUSCATEL AVENUE-EAST SIDE-BETWEEN NORWOOD AND
MARSHALL STREET).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 5883 of the
Government Code, the report of the Street Superintendent with
respect to the construction of improvements in the3700 block'
of Muscatel Ave., eastlside, between Norwood and Marshall St.,
and the proposed assessments set forth therein are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. In the event that said assessments are not
paid within five (5) days from date hereof, the Street Superinten-
dent is directed to record a notice of lien in the office of the
County Recorder and turn over.a notice of lien to the tax collector
for delivery to the county auditor for entry on the county
assessment books opposite the descriptions of the parcels concerned.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 13th day of October,
1970.
