CC - 1965 - 50 - Allocation From County Aid-to-Cities Fundss ~ RESOLUTION NO. 65-51 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD REQUESTING AN ALLOCATION FROM COUNTY AID-TO-CITIES FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCT- ION OF CURBS, GUTTERS, PAVEMENT, SIGNALS AND APPURTENANT WORK AND FOR THE ACQUISITION OF RIGHTS-OF-WAY ON MISSION DRIVE FROM VALLEY BOULEVARD TO IVAR AVENUE IN THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has appropriated certain monies to the City of Rosemead from the County Aid-to-Cities Fund, and WHEREAS, the City of Rosemead now desires to budget the expenditure of certain of these monies, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemead finds and determines that the proposed improvement is of general County interest. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: Section 1. That the County of Los Angeles is hereby request- ed to al oc~tFie sum of $50,695.97 from County Aid-to-Cities funds to the City of Rosemead for the purpose of construction of curbs, gutters, pavement, signals and appurtenant work and for the acquisi- tion of rights-of-way on Mission Drive from Valley Boulevard to Ivar Avenue in the City of Rosemead. Section 2. That the City Council requests that all funds hereby a ocate- when approved by the County, be transmitted to the City for disbursement to the persons or agencies entitled thereto.
