SUMMARY
The City Council will consider authorizing the attendance of any Council Member and City staff
who wishes to attend the C3 Transform 2024: International Conference from March 5`s - 7th in
Boca Raton, Florida.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the attendance and finance of any Council
Member and City staff that attends the C3 Transform 2024: International Conference from
March 5th - 7th in Boca Raton, Florida.
ANALYSIS
The Expense and Use of Public Resources Policy, adopted by City Council Resolution
No. 2005-47, requires prior City Council approval for out-of-state travel beyond an adjacent
state.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no cost to attend C3 Transform 2024 International Conference. However, cost related to
travel, meals, accommodations, and transportation to and from the event is budgeted and funded
in General Fund account.

This item has been noticed through the regular agenda notification process.
