CC - 1968 - 042 - Protests for Assessment District No. 1u RESOLUTION NO. 68-42 11 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE . CITY OF ROSEMEAD FINDING THAT INSUFFICIENT PROTESTS EXIST TO PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1, AND OVERRULING PROTESTS THEREON. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemead did adopt Resolution IVo. 63-39, approving certain additions to the plans and specifications for Assessment District No. I and Main- tenance District No. 1 in the City of Rosemead; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on may 14, 1968, at which time any and all objections to such changes and additions to said plans were heard; and WHEREAS, at such public hearing objections to the pro- posed changes in plans and specifications were not made by owners of more than fifty percent of the property liable to be assessed for the improvements of Assessment District No. 1 and Maintenance District No. 1, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rosemead as follows: Section-l. That the insufficient protests exist to specifications being made, and rule any and all such protests. City Council does hereby find that prohibit such changes in plans and the City Council does hereby over- Section 2. That the proposed changes in the plans and specification'or-Assessment District No. I and Maintenance District No. I be made, and the same are hereby approved by said City Council.
