A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE .
CITY OF ROSEMEAD FINDING THAT INSUFFICIENT
PROTESTS EXIST TO PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1 AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
NO. 1, AND OVERRULING PROTESTS THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rosemead did
adopt Resolution IVo. 63-39, approving certain additions to the
plans and specifications for Assessment District No. I and Main-
tenance District No. 1 in the City of Rosemead; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on may 14, 1968, at
which time any and all objections to such changes and additions
to said plans were heard; and
WHEREAS, at such public hearing objections to the pro-
posed changes in plans and specifications were not made by owners
of more than fifty percent of the property liable to be assessed
for the improvements of Assessment District No. 1 and Maintenance
District No. 1,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Rosemead as follows:
Section-l. That the
insufficient protests exist to
specifications being made, and
rule any and all such protests.
City Council does hereby find that
