HIGHLIGHT as Team linked 3 individuals to food pantry services at Shepherd's Pantry and Salvation Army. 32 2 1 Food Pantry Linkage Housing Navigation as Team linked 2 individuals to interim housing at Soul Housing. • Team provided 34 housing navigation services.
