both by their speech and conduct, that they fully intend to carry out
their nefarious plans, by violence, or any other means which suits
their purpose, be they legal or otherwise, and
WHEREAS, the ideals and concepts which these persons and groups
espouse are altogether foreign and contradictory to our traditions, our
culture, and our American way of life, and their activities are, for
the most part, unmoral, illegal, anarchistic, revolutionary and
completely without any redeeming social, intellectual, moral, or
ethical value, and
WHEREAS, persons of high political rank, public officers, educators,
law-enforcement personnel, and average citizens throughout this nation,
state, and county have made plain their disgust and dissapointment at
these individuals and their actions, and

represent, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the City of Rosemead

throw our system of education, at all levels, and our very form of
government, upon which we place an incalculable value, and bring such
indictments as required by the findings of their investigations, and
make public the results of those findings, and do all other such neces-
sary things which their office entitles them, so as to bring about an
end to the termoil and disruption to which the citizens and taxpayers
