made 18 engagements of which 7 were first time engagements,11
follow up engagements with 4 engagements refusing supportive
services.
HIGHLIGHT
• Team linked 5 individuals to food pantry services at San Gabriel Valley
Coalition (3) and Shepherd's Pantry (2).
• Team linked 6 individuals to interim housing at Safe Landing 0),
Dave's Housing (2), Casa de Corazon 0) and with San Gabriel Valley
Coalition motel vouchers (2).
Team linked 1 individual to SUD treatment at Allen House.
