Dear Jan,
On March 24, 2007, Lincoln Training Center will hold its 23`, Annual Affair of the
Heart awards dinner, Imagutel, at the Pacific Palms Conference Resort in the City of Industry,
California. We are inviting you to participate in a very special way by purchasing an
advertisement in the tribute journal given to each guest that evening. Enclosed is a form
describing various advertisement opportunities.
Turning Daiabditiee alto Poe,filid 6cee is our mission at Lincoln Training Center. We
annually serve more than 400 people with disabilities - the largest minority group in the
United States. The emphasis is on developing human potential to the fullest. Since 1964, we
have specialized in providing employers with qualified job applicants by placing workers into
a job in the community or at our Lincoln Production Services facility. The emotional and
intellectual journey taken by our clients as they prepare for and then become wage earners is
truly awe-inspiring to watch. The Center currently has 130 people with disabilities placed at
more than 40 job sites in Southern and Northern California. Lincoln Production Services
offers businesses high-quality subcontract work while providing valuable training, with pay,
to Lincoln workers, who become skilled and motivated employees.
In addition to helping fund our programs, proceeds raised by this dinner will also assist
us in purchasing vans needed to transport workers to their jobs in the community.
Please indicate the level at which you would like to participate and return the form to us
by February 9, 2007 so we assure space in our tribute journal. Thank you for your careful
consideration of our request. If you need additional information, please contact Jason Kohler
at (626) 636-2560.
Sincerely,
Janel Anderson
