CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 93.591 (Modification) - The Square Group, LLC has submitted an application to modify Conditional Use Permit 93-591, requesting to expand an existing market, located at 8150 Garvey Avenue, Unit 121 in the C-3 (Medium Commercial) zone. PC RESOLUTION 09.08 - A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 93-591 (MODIFICATION), TO EXPAND AN EXISTING MARKET, LOCATED AT 8150 GARVEY AVENUE, UNIT 121 IN THE C-3 (MEDIUM COMMERCIAL) ZONE.
