A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMEAD ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR
PLANNING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the California Constitution and the laws
of the State of California, the City of Rosemead is authorized to adopt and implement a
schedule of fees for municipal services; provided, however, that such fees do not exceed
the estimated reasonable cost of providing such services; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 719 provides that a schedule of fees is to be adopted
by resolution; and .
WHEREAS, the Legislative Body shall adjust said fees either up or down on an
annual basis; and
WHEREAS, based upon a fee study report on file with the City Clerk, the City
Council finds that the fees included in this Resolution will reasonably recover the
estimated costs incurred by the City; and
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1992, the City Council conducted a properly noticed
public hearing to consider adoption of this Resolution pursuant to Government Code
Sections 66016 and 66018.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The schedule of fees for Planning and Engineering Services as set
forth in Exhibit 'A," as further described below is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. Pursuant to Government Code Section 66017, this Resolution shall
become effective no sooner than 60 days following its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 1992.
