Extension of Medical Marijuana Dispensary Moratorium Ordinance On January 23, 2007, the City Council adopted Ordinance 849, an interim urgency ordinance establishing a temporary moratorium on the establishment and operation of medical marijuana dispensaries in Rosemead for a forty-five (45) day period.
