Therefore, the Traffic Commission has one vacant seat that needs to be filled. Staff Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council provide staff with direction as it relates to filling the Traffic Commission vacancy. I've had the privilege of working on a great team of caring and qualified professionals. Together, we hope to have served you well. Unfortunately, I must resign from my post as of December 14"x, 2007 to serve as a Governing Board Member of the Garvey School District. I feel that I can better use my professional skills to continue to serve students and the residents of Rosemead through this new role. I will continue to work closely with our Traffic Commission in dutifully keeping our public safe and traffic flowing.
