Agencymember Taylor requested that the fourth bidder be selected as all of these
contractors have expended time to analyze this bid and go through the bidding process.
Mr. Kress explained that should the Agency reject the top three bidders sequentially and
then consider the next ones, those low bidders need to be given the opportunity to be heard,
which means that this item will have to be continued. Mr. Kress stated that all the bidders will
have to be noticed.
There being no objection, this item will be deferred to the next meeting.
