SPRING CONFERENCE - INDIAN WELLS - MAY 3-5,2006
Attached for your consideration is information regarding the aforementioned conference. This year's
sessions include: General Municipal Law Update, Vicious Dog Law, Code Enforcement Procedural
Tactics, Personnel Update, Sexually Oriented Businesses, Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, Head Shops,
FPPC Small Cities Regulations, Mobile Home Rent Control Issues, and AB 1234 Ethics Training
Update.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council authorize the attendance at City expense, including, if any,
expenses in excess of $2,500, of the City Attorney.

on Wednesday morning, "?Vuts and Bolts for City Attorneys," is
available for an additional 1.5 hours.
