This year's theme is "Sharing Resources for Stronger and Safer Cities"and topics include: Clean Water, Eminent Domain, Policy Issues, Emergency Management Communication System, and Telecommunications. RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Council authorize the attendance at City expense, including, if any, expenses in excess of $2,500, of any Councilmember, the City Manager and staff designees.
