Staff Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the attendance of Deputies Donahoo and Bryant of the S.T.A.R. Unit. ANALYSIS Conference sessions include workshops on Search & Seizure, Asset Forfeiture, Drug Endangered Children, MS 13 Gangs, Narco Trafficking, Risk Management, and Undercover Operations & Tactical Response among others.
