Agencymember Clark inquired about the property dedication status
at Highcliff.
Chairman Bruesch referred to a memo regarding a meeting with the
homeowner and Engineering Department.
Al Rodriguez, City Engineer, responded that a meeting was held at
the site with the homeowner. The drainage problem was examined. The
homeowner has agreed to dedicate as soon as the documents are ready
for signature. Mr. Rodriguez explained further that there are still
two homeowners unwilling to dedicate without compensation. He
explained to them that if they are compensated, they will be assessed
for the improvement and if they dedicate freely then they will not be
assessed.'
