THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council finds, determines and declares
as follows:
a. An application for a conditional use permit authorizing
the expansion of an existing church at 4203 N. Rosemead
Boulevard was duly filed by the Southern California
Association of Seventh-Day Adventists; and

a duly noticed public hearing on the application.
.:SECTION.'2. The City Council finds, pursuant to Section 9180
of the Rosemead Zoning Code, that the proposed expansion would
be detrimental to surrounding properties in that sufficient on-

that the proposed location of off-site leased parking is too
remote to be considered in fullfillment of the parking require-
ments of the expanded church.
