SUBJECT: REPORT ON THE ACTIVATION OF THE EMERGENCY OPERATIONS
CENTER IN RESPONSE TO THE WINDSTORM AND FIRES
SUMMARY
The City Manager will provide a report on the proclamation of a local emergency in the City of
Rosemead and the activation of the Emergency Operations Center in response to the windstorm
and fires impacting Los Angeles County since January 7, 2025.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
That the City Council discuss and provide direction if necessary.
