STAFF RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the attendance and finance of any Council Member that wishes to attend the 2025 NALEO 42nd Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia on July 22-24, 2025. ANAT,Y.T.1; The Expense and Use of Public Resources Policy, adopted by City Council Resolution No. 2005-47, requires prior City Council approval for out-of-state travel beyond an adjacent state. Funding for this purpose is contained in the City's annual budget FY 2024-25. ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS The proposed action does not constitute a project under the California Environmental Quality Act, and it can be seen with certainty that it will have no impact on the environment.
