A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROSEMEAD SETTING ASIDE A PORTION OF CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES (THE NORTHERLY 25
FEET OF LOT 5, TRACT NO. 2277, AS SHOWN ON MAP
FILED IN BOOK 31, PAGE 56, OF MAPS, IN THE OFFICE
OF THE RECORDER OF THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.
ALSO KNOWN AS MARSHALL STREET, SOUTH SIDE, JUST
WEST OF ROSEMEAD BOULEVARD)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEMEAD
that it is hereby found and determined that it is necessary to public
convenience that the property legally described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference be set aside for road
purposes for the improvement of Marshall Street, in accordance with
Section 1806 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California
and said property is hereby set aside. This property is located in the
City of Rosemead, County of Los Angeles, State of California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Rosemead be instructed to record a certified copy of this resolution
in the office of the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION was, on the 22nd day of May, 1973
adopted by the City Council of the City of Rosemead and ex-officio
governing body of all other special assessment and taxing districts
for which said Council so acts.

Part A:
The northerly 25 feet of Lot 5, Tract No. 2277, as shown
on map filed in Book 31, page 56, of Maps, in the office of the
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
Part B:
That portion of above mentioned Lot 5, within the following
described boundaries:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of the
easterly 20 feet of said lot with the southerly line of above
described Part A; thence westerly along said southerly line to
the beginning of a curve concave to the southwest, having a radius
of 19 feet, tangent to said southerly line and'tangent to said
westerly line; thence southeasterly along curve to said westerly
line, thence northerly along said westerly line to the point of
beginning.
