AND HER SERVICE AS ELECTION OFFICER FOR THE
MARCH 3, 2009 ELECTION
WHEREAS, the City of Rosemead conducted a general municipal election on
March 3, 2009; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk, Gloria Molleda served as Election Officer for such
election; and
WHEREAS, the election was conducted in accordance with the State Election Code
and under Federal Decree; and
WHEREAS, Gloria Molleda fulfilled her duties as Election Officer ethically and
unbiased throughout the term of the election, recount and legal
challenge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rosemead hereby recognizes and supports the City Clerk, Gloria Molleda, for the
professional work as Election Officer of the March 3, 2009 election.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May 2009.
