The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Clark at 7:00 p.m. in the
Rosemead City Council Chamber located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California.

Abby Leach - had`an issde with the parking.and noise level at the supermarket (corner of Muscatel Ave
and Valley Blvd`.), Also states that the behaviorimthat area is inappropriate, and asks when and how the
parking issue vwill;be,handled, and if,more surveillance in the area was possible. .11 I Mayor Pro Tern Taylor requested a report on this issue. Council Member Ly, Armenta, and Low have also
received complaints from residentsregarding this supermarket.

City Council recessed to closed session 7:10 p.m.
Council Member Armenta recused herself from closed session.
The City Council reconvened back at 7:44PM. Mayor Clark announced there was no reportable action
taken.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m. The next regular City Council meeting;is'scheduled to take place on
