Subject: Letter of Agreement for the Purchase and Installation of Video
Security System
Dear Mr. Pak:
This letter shall be our Agreement regarding the purchase, installation, and warranty of
a Video Security System for Garvey Park located in the City of Rosemead described in
Exhibit A which is to be provided by PSLA Security Systems ("Vendor").
Compensation for the above product(s) shall include any applicable sales tax and
installation charges and be billed at an amount not to exceed $22,800. Vendor shall
deliver and install all products to Rosemead Park, Rosemead on or before June 19,
2009.
If you agree with the terms of this Letter of Agreement, please execute two original
agreements and return both to the City's Economic Development Administrator,
Michelle Ramirez. Once the documents are fully executed, one original will be returned
to you for your records.

Thank you for the opportunity to bid on the video surveillance security system project for Rosemead Park.

As per our previous conservation, Photo-Scan of Los Angeles/PSLA's team members have extensive
experience in installation of security systems since 1974. We have an extensive track record of satisfied
clients for the past few decades. Some of our current and past clients include:
• City of Montebello
• City of Rosemead (Public Safety Department)
• Ronald Reagan Presidential Library
• USC/UH Medical Center
I have personally designed and installed security camera systems for nine public parks in Montebello,
public pool areas for condominiums in many locales in the Inland Empire, US Air Force Base, Valley
Center Municipal Water District (near El Cajon) among many others.
We can provide exceptional service and our technical installation team has decades of experience in the
design and installation of security systems for the public and private sector. Please note that our system is
fully compatible with the security system at the Public Safety Department. Other departments can view the
system if needed for added convenience and security.
PROJECT SCOPE
1. Supply and install (6) ColorB&W High Resolution Cameras, with enclosures and zoom lens to
monitor basketball court, fencing along northern perimeter of park, and parking areas
2. Supply and install (12) Color/B&W High Resolution Cameras Vandal resistant dome cameras at
the main office, pool area, restroom entryway, and and corporate yard.
3. Supply and install (3) ColorB&W High Resolution Cameras Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras to be
mounted on office building, corporate yard and pool area building
4. Supply and install (03) 9-Camera Power Supply Units
5. Supply and install (2) 8-Camera Digital Video Recorder (with 50OGB of storage)
6 Supply and install(]) 16-Camera Digital Video Recorder (with 50OGB of storage)
7. Supply and install (03) 19" LCD monitor for viewing of cameras directly from DVR
8. Supply and install (01) Heavy Duty Surge Suppressor, for the digital recording system.

3. MIS/IT will supply and install all necessary routers, hubs, IP Addresses, IP Drops ect..., for this
project (if needed).
