The regular meeting of the Rosemead Housing Corporation was called to order by President Tran at 6:05
p.m. in the Rosemead Community Recreation center, 3936 N. Muscatel Avenue Rosemead California.

Vice President Nunez made a motion, second by Director Low to approve the minutes of October 9,

The Rosemead Housing Development Corporation's fiscal year 2008-09 Annual Budget is as
follows:
Total Appropriations FY 2008-09 $694,400
Recommendation: That the Corporation adopt Resolution No. 2008-01 approving the fiscal
year 2008-09 Annual Budget in the amount of $694,400.
Director Taylor made a motion, second by Vice-President Nunez to approve the Fiscal Year 2008.09
Annual Budget. Vote resulted in:
Yes: Clark, Low, Nunez, Taylor, Tran
