Staff Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council authorize any Council Member, the City Attorney, the City Manager, or a staff designee to attend the event at City expense. ANALYSIS Conference sessions will include: Liability Trust Fund; Water Issues; Maintaining the City/County Relationship; ARRA Stimulus Package; Border Patrol/Homeland Security and an update on Sacramento Legislative Budget. Fee includes green fee, cart, range balls, lunch and trophies. NO REFUNDS. Deadline: Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
