The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Clark at 6:03 p.m. in the
Rosemead City Hall Conference Room located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard, Rosemead, California.
ROLL CALL OF OFFICERS PRESENT: Mayor Clark, Mayor Pro Tern Taylor, Council Members Armenta,
Low, and Ly
OFFICERS ABSENT: None
OFFICIALS PRESENT: City Manager Allred, Assistant City Manager Hawkesworth, City Attorney Montes,
Community Development Director Saeki, Director of Finance Brisco, Director of Parks and Recreation
Montgomery-Scott, Economic Development Administrator Ramirez, Deputy Public Works Director
Marcarello, and City Clerk Molleda.
City Council recessed to Closed Session at 6:10 p.m.

A. Conference with Legal Counsel
Government Code 54956.9(C): Initiation of Litigation (1 matter)
The City Council reconvened out of Closed Session at 7:05 p.m. City Attorney Montes stated there was no
reportable action taken during Closed Session.
2. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
