Staff Recommendation Staff recommends that the City Council authorize the attendance, at City expense, of the City Clerk and the Assistant to the City Clerk. ANALYSIS Seminar sessions will include: Case Law Update - Elections, Public Records, Brown Act, and FPPC update and guidelines for gift limits.
