RE: ACCEPTANCE OF ROAD DEED FOR MONTEBELLO BOULEVARD
As a condition of approval of Parcel Map 15961 Sepulveda
Properties Incorporated is required to dedicate that portion
of Montebello Boulevard which is in the City of Rosemead.
The attached Road Deed and maps show the legal and alignment
of this proposed street.
The documents have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
are found to be correct..
t It is recommended that the City Council:
1). Accept and approve the Road Deed
2). Instruct the City Clerk to record the Road Deed
with the County Recorder.
3). Return a copy of the recorded documents to the
City Engineer.

an easement for public road and highway purposes in the real property in the
City of Rosemead County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as
Parcel 3, of Parcel Map No. 15961, in the City of Rosemead, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as shown.on a map filed in Book 168, pages 20 and 21, of
Parcel Haps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
