RE: RESOLUTION NO. 92-47 - NOMINATING MAYOR MARGARET CLARK TO
SERVE ON THE SAN GABRIEL BASIN WATER QUALITY AUTHORITY
At the regular City council meeting on September 22, 1992, the
Council, without objection, authorized the sending of letters to
surrounding cities supporting the nomination of Mayor Margaret Clark
to the San Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority.

Pursuant to that action, we have attached Resolution No. 92-47 which
formally nominates Margaret Clark for a seat on the San Gabriel Basin
Water Quality Authority.
It is recommended that the Council adopt Resolution No. 92-47 and
direct that it be sent to all cities that may cast a vote for the San
Gabriel Basin Water Quality Authority.

The Mayor declared said motion duly carried and so ordered.
Councilman McDonald stated he abstained because he had decided to
run for this same seat.
