RE: STATUS REPORT - 3362 GREENDALE AVENUE
At the regularly scheduled Council meeting of April 11, 1995, the City Council requested that staff
prepare a status report on the property at 3362 Greendale Avenue.
Building Department staff inspected the property on April 13, 1995. The owner was present, and
as requested by staff, exposed an additional section of the footing. Based on that inspection, the
Building Inspector determined that the structure includes the minimum 12" by 12" footing required
by the Uniform Building Code for this type of construction. Building Department staff will continue
to assist the property owner in the permit application and inspection process. Staff will also continue
to monitor and resolve the outstanding conditions of the garage conversion abatement now taking
place on the property.
The City Council will be informed of any changes or issues that may arise.
