SEPTEMBER 26-29,1999, PORTLAND OREGON
Attached for your consideration is information regarding the aforementioned conference. There
will be sessions on Growth Management, Public Trust in Government, Changing Technologies,
and Basic Managerial Skills.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council authorize the attendance of the City Manager at the 85th
Annual ICMA Conference, September 26-29, 1999.
