RE: RELEASE OF BOND - TRACT 44504

A Faithful Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond was
required to guarantee construction of a public sewer and deferred
monumentation in connection with Tract No. 44504. The Faithful
Performance Bond is in the amount of $17,440.00 and the Labor and
Material Bond is in the amount of $8,720.00.
The City Engineer has inspected the sewer improvements and monuments
and has found them to be constructed satisfactorily. The attached
map indicates the location of the tract.
It is recommended that the Rosemead City Council direct the City
Clerk to release the Sewer Improvements and Deferred Monumentation
Bonds for Tract No. 44504.
