RE: ORDINANCE NO. 764 ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE VOLUMES 1, 2, AND 3, UNIFORM PLUMBING
CODE, UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE, AND NATIONAL ELECTRIC
CODE, MAKING AMENDMENTS TO SAID CODES, AND AMENDING
THE ROSEMEAD MUNICIPAL CODE
Attached for your consideration is Ordinance No. 764 adopting by reference the Uniform
Building Code volumes 1, 2, and 3, Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Mechanical Code,
and National Electrical Code, making amendments to said codes, amending the Rosemead
Municipal Code.
It must be emphasized that no substantive local amendments have been proposed as part
of this document. The ordinance readopts the current provisions of the City Municipal
Code.
RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that after the close of the public hearing, the City Council adopt
Ordinance 764
