051292 - Section of the Agenda for Oral Communications - Box 067W- TO: HONORABLE MAYOR AND MEMBERS ROSEMEAD CITY COUNCIL FROM: rFRANK G. TRIPEPI, CITY MANAGER DATE: MAY 7, 1992 RE: SECTION OF THE AGENDA FOR ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE AUDIENCE At the regular City Council meeting of April 28, 1992, Councilman Taylor requested that this item be placed on the Agenda for action by the Council. It has been past practice of the Council to place this item at both the beginning and the end of the Agenda. Evidently there is interest on the part of some members of the Council to just have one Oral Communications from the Audience. Since this is a matter of Council policy, staff is not making a recommendation. Attached is a survey of surrounding cities regarding their policies.
