Pricing Validity and Adjustments The Phoenix Production, LLC confirms that all proposed pricing shall remain firm and valid for the initial contract term of three (3) years. A standard annual cost escalation of 3% has been applied for Years 2 and 3 to account for anticipated increases in labor, materials, insurance, and operational costs. Additional and Optional Services The Phoenix Production, LLC is capable of providing additional services beyond the base scope of work upon request by the City.
