The special meeting of the Rosemead City Council was called to order by Mayor Armenta
at 6:04 p.m., in the Rosemead City Council Chamber, located at 8838 East Valley Boulevard,
Rosemead, California.
PRESENT: Mayor Armenta, Mayor Pro Tem Low, and Council Members Clark, Dang and Ly
ABSENT: None
1. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6

B. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957
Title: City Manager
City Attorney Richman announced that the City Council would recess to Closed
Session to consider two items and would report any reportable actions upon return to
Open Session.
Mayor Armenta recessed the Special Meeting to Closed Session at 6:04 p.m.
The City Council reconvened in Open Session at 7:14 p.m.
City Attorney Richman reported that no reportable action was taken during Closed
Session regarding Item A — Labor Negotiators and Item B — Public Employee
Appointment

Mayor Armenta adjourned special meeting at 7:14 p.m.
